Carlos Miguel Caballero is a stage, film and television actor with lead credits in over 75 productions worldwide. He has dedicated himself to direction and dramaturgy since 2000 in diverse, original multidisciplinary theater projects and international cultural exchanges. He has been awarded funds to support his projects from the Miami Dade County Department of Cultural Affairs’ International Cultural Partnerships program for three separate works and touring support from the National Performance Network, and has been instrumental in mentoring young artists in his leadership capacity with FUNDarte. Carlos will be seen in a new film by Randy Valdes entitled Petra, and is directing a project by Elizabeth Doud, both to premiere in 2021.
